Pauline is a certified Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, sound healer, cacao facilitator, wellness advocate and a Mesa carrier. Pauline has studied psychology, art history, and visual art and has travelled extensively learning with various healers and sound practitioners like Tito La Rosa. She is the founder and creator of Art of Prayer, a method that allows individuals to spontaneously express their creativity, sound, and spirituality without the limitations of the mind or traditional rules.
Pauline's personal journey with sound healing began after she experienced a back injury from a horse accident in the Andes along with struggling with chronic Lyme and autoimmune. It was through her own healing process that she discovered the profound effects of sound on the body, mind, and soul. Inspired by her own transformation, Pauline is deeply committed to sharing the healing benefits of sound with others.
In addition to her sound healing work, Pauline facilitates sound and creative sessions for a global community of women. She has also collaborated with yoga practitioners to offer sound as a mean of creating connection and transmuting energy.
With over 20 years of experience working directly with cancer patients, Pauline has developed a deep understanding of the challenges they face and the resources they need.
Pauline's dedication to holistic wellness stems from her personal experience as a caregiver for her father, who was diagnosed with cancer. This experience inspired her to explore a holistic approach to wellness, addressing not only the physical aspects but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of healing.
