Day 1 • Saturday February 1 Arrival and Welcome Ceremony
*We recommend arriving few days earlier to adjust to altitude and will provide recommended hotels to stay.

Day 2 • Sunday, February 2 Heart Opening Cacao and Voice Activation
- Morning:
- Morning Yoga and breathwork
- Breakfast
- Voice Activation Guidance through sound and other modalities with Eva and Pauline: Welcoming the Power of your voice
- Afternoon:
- Lunch
- Sound healing and Cacao immersion with Pauline and Eva
- Personal time and Creative Exploration

Day 3 • Monday, February 3 Water Blessing Ceremony with Vilma
Respected Hampeq healer, Dona Vilma Pinedo will open our channels of abundance and healing
- Morning:
- Sunrise yoga and meditation session
- Breakfast
- Journey to the waterfall: Gently hike and water blessing ceremony with Dona Vilma. Connect with the water element for clearing and healing.
- With permission, collect a small amount of water from the waterfall so that we may make our own personalized Agua Florida that will be steeped in our blessings and prayers for the remainder of the trip. This will be a beautiful gift for people to bring home as a memento and personal healing.

- Individual Coca Leaf Reading: Participants will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Dona Vilma for personalized coca leaf readings based on our schedule.
- Herbal Ally Discussion: Join Pauline and Eva for an enlightening discussion on how to connect with the plants. Participants will learn to create their own lustral bowl and other herbal limpias for baths and energetic cleansing.
- Evening:
- Wisdom teachings to release our fears and inhibitions that are blocking our true authentic self. Pucclay teachings, Ayni Breath Ceremony and tools for clearing our luminous energy fields
- Dinner and rest
Day 4 • Tuesday, February 4 Quinsacocha ( weather permitting )
We will visit this magical place at an elevation of around 4,200 meters above sea level
- Morning:
- Morning meditation, yoga, movement and vocal activation
- Breakfast. (we will pack our lunch and snacks to head to Quinsacocha )
- Afternoon:
- Lunch
- Evening:
- Return to the retreat center and rest or book facial and massages or personal sessions with Eva, Vilma or Pauline
- Dinner
- Evening reflection and integration session
- Hummingbird Shamanic journey with Eva and Pauline to wake up the courageous leader within
Day 5 • Wednesday, February 5 Sacred Sites of Pisac
Pisac ruins are some of the most important Incan Ruins in Peru's Cusco region.

- Breakfast
- Art-of-Prayer Painting Experience: With beautiful views and enchanting landscapes, inspiration comes glowing as the light to create on canvas.
- Visit to Pisac: Explore the ancient ruins and vibrant market
- Afternoon:
- Traditional Andean lunch in PISAC, featuring traditional Andean cuisine
- Evening:
- Return to the retreat center
- Dinner
- Evening fire circle: Sharing stories and songs
Day 6 • Thursday, February 6 Ollantaytambo Town
At Pumahuanca (weather-dependent) we walk along the river and connect with the energy of the glaciers. Walk the path to an Inca temple dedicated to feminine energy, called Las Ñustas, you can stop in the ravine to dive into its warm waters.

- Early Breakfast
- Travel to Ollantaytambo. We will experience the greatness of masculine sun energy and one of the best views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
- Afternoon:
- Shopping for local crafts, stones, etc. at the vibrant main square
- Return to Samadhi for lunch
- Outdoor painting sessions to express how we each connected with the sacred site
- Evening:
- Celebration Dinner
- Evening Ceremony: Integration and reflection
- Closing Despacho, Ayni Karpay Blessings from Eva and Pauline and farewells
Day 7 • Friday, February 7 Departure / Transfer
Transfer to the Cusco airport or prepare for additional add-on adventures with Pauline or Eva.
